BISE Bahawalpur is a significant educational board of Punjab. The jurisdiction of this board comprise of district of Bahawalpur. In 1977, Punjab government approved the sanction of BISE Bahawalpur as a separate independent educational board of the district. On 9th July 1977, camp office of Bahawalpur board was established. Bahawalpur board started its operations in a hired building in 1978. As soon as the staff was complete, the first examination of the supplementary category was held. Bahawalpur >office building shifted to building of Daulat Khana in early 1979. The board built boundary wall and limited office building and board shifted to this campus in 1985.
