Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of Punjab has announced the jobs for Monitoring & Evaluation in the Punjab in current financial year 2024. All the P&SH Department Punjab Monitoring & Evaluation are appoint on the contract basis in province. P&SH Department Punjab, therefore, invites applications from qualified and experienced Monitoring & Evaluation staff (Male/Female) domiciled in the Punjab on contract basis for the period of one year. The recruitment shall be facility specific and non-transferable. Test Dates, Application Forms & Results

Important Note:

• All these mentioned jobs for the Monitoring & Evaluation staff are purely on the contract basis for the one year under the contract policy 2004 of the Government of the Punjab. There will be 100% domain knowledge test for these posts.
• The prescribed quota shall be applicable for the above mentioned posts: 15% for women, 5% for minorities and 3% for Disabled persons.
• General age relaxation for the upper age limit for female candidates is 8 year while for male is 5 year and for disabled is 10 year against quota.
• The applicants can download the application form from here along with the bank challan form and fill it as required information and send it to the NTS head office. All other terms and conditions are according to the NTS prescribed policy for all applicants also mentioned in the advertisement ad.

How to Apply:

• Please download the Application Form and the Deposit Slip from NTS website: www.nts.org.pk. The forms are also available here on this page. Pay the prescribed test fee in any of the country-wide online branches of ABL, Meezan, HBL or MCB, and fill up the Application Form properly.
• Please send the filled-up Application Form along with the original paid up copy of the Deposit Slip to: NTS Headquarters, 1-E, Sector 1-8/2, Islamabad.
• Application Forms improperly filled-up, incomplete, without paid copy of deposit slip, and submitted by hand will NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
• Last date of submission of application form is 27-02-2021.
