So candidates who applied for the Punjab Police Jobs 2024 Constables posts should prepare for their physical test. Because male candidates should complete the 1.6 KM running in only 7 minutes. While for female candidates should complete their running in just 10 Minutes. Those candidates who did not complete their running in mentioned time frame, they consider as rejected both for male and female. Because running is the most important part of the physical test for both candidates.

Punjab Police Physical Measurements For Male Candidates:

For all male candidates who applied for the constable posts in the Punjab Police jobs 2024 now should appear in the Physical Test which held in next month. While other physical measurements are strict for all female applicants also. As they should complete the running or 1.6 KM in 10 minutes, height and education also. If any candidates did not complete their running they should consider as rejected. Female candidates should have the height of 5 feet/ 7 Inches, under this height they consider as rejected. SO all candidates should keep in mind about all these physical measures and prepare for their Punjab Police Physical Test 2024.

While all other requirements for female candidates are strictly same to fulfill each physical measure against any post. Female applicants have 3 minutes extra for their running as compared to male candidates. So its necessary for every female candidate to complete their running in the mentioned time frame.
