STAFF REQUIRED FOR SERVICES OF STAFF REQUIRED IN MAIN OFFICE ISLAMABAD AND KARACHI PROJECT OFFICE ON REGULAR BASIS
Federal Government Employees Housing Authority intends to hire the services of following professionals on regular basis against each post.
STAFF REQUIRE FOR POSITION OF POSITION
1. Chief Engineer
(BS-20)

BS Civil Engineering & BSc City & Regional Planning
with25 years’ experience or MSc civil Engineering M.Sc. city &
Regional Planning / MSc Construction Management with 20
Experience.

2. Assistant Director
(Revenue) (BS-17)

Second class Master’s Degree or equivalent preferably in
Public/Business Administration Sciences/LLB with 03 to 05
years’ experience in relevant field of Management preferably
in organization or a firm of re repute public or private sector.

3. Assistant Director
(Admin)(BS-17)
For Karachi Office

Second class Master’s Degree or equivalent preferably in
Public/Business Administration Sciences with 03 to 05
years’ experience in relevant field of Management preferably
in organization or a firm of re repute or public or private sector.

1. Assistant Director
   (Estate)
   (BS-17)
   For Karachi Office

Second class Master’s Degree or equivalent preferably in
Public/Business Administration Sciences with 03 to 05
years’ experience in relevant field of Management preferably
in organization or a firm of repute in public or private sector.

1. Assistant Director

Second class Master’s Degree 03 to 05 years’ experience in
the relative field in Government/ Semi Government
Organization. Or Ex-Army Officer to the rank of Capt. (Retired from the service not more than 5 years . A e limit 40-45 ears

Second class Master’s Degree 03-05 years’ experience in
the relative field in Government/ Semi Government
Organization. Or Ex-Army Officer to the rank of JCO. (Retired from the service not more than 5 years . A e limit 4()-45 ears

7. Sub Engineer (Civil)
(BS-14)
(For Karachi Office)

Diploma in civil Engineering from any recognized institute
with minimum 03 years’ experience.

1. Sub Engineer (E/M)
   (BS-14)
   For Karachi Office

Diploma in EIM Engineering from any recognized institute
with minimum 03 years’ experience.

1. Data Entry Operator
   (BS-12)
   (For Karachi Office) Intermediate (Second Class)
   Minimum speed of 10,000 key depression per hour for data
   entry/verification.
   I. All the recruitment will be observed as per Establishment Divisions Policy on website and vide Office Memorandum No.
   E53/1/2008-SP dated 22-10-2014.
   II. Employees of Government/ Semi Government Bodies/ Corporations should forward their applications through proper channel.
   Ill. General age relaxation of 05 years as per Government Rules already include, however any other age relaxation will be admissible
   as per Government Rules.
   IV. Age relaxation of 10 years, up to the age of 55 years for those Government Servants who have completed 02 years continuous
   Government service on the closing date for receipt of applications.
   V. No TAN shall be applicable.
